Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT®), developed by the world renowned Dolores Cannon, is a unique hypnosis method that gently guides you into the Somnambulistic state of trance through guided relaxation and visualization.

This is a state that every one of us naturally experiences twice each day—just before we drift off to sleep and just before we fully awaken. Within this deeply relaxed state, the conscious mind becomes quieter, allowing greater access to the subconscious, where all your hidden knowledge, soul memories and profound insights live.

Every QHHT® session is unique. Around half of clients naturally visit past lives, while others may access significant memories, connect with what they describe as their higher self or Source, explore other realms or planetary systems, or access significant soul moments or memories that contain profound information that will benefit them in their current life today. During your session, you will be gently guided into the Somnambulistic trance state discovered and refined by Dolores Cannon. What to Expect During Your Session

Your appointment begins with an in-depth conversation about your life, experiences, and the intentions you have for your session. This discussion helps build a complete picture before moving into hypnosis.

The hypnosis portion usually lasts 90–120 minutes, allowing plenty of time to reach the deep Somnambulistic trance state where exploration, insight, and healing can occur. During this time, we will also communicate with your Higher Self (Subconscious) to ask the questions you have prepared and receive guidance that is relevant to you.

After the hypnosis, we'll spend time discussing your experience and reflecting on any insights that emerged.
